I undertook writing "Edifying Thoughts", for I realized that there lies
lot of emotional suffering in our lives, and was inspired to find
answers by didactic philosophy, surrounding our human predicaments.
The intellectual thoughts are not just ivory tower philosophy, but can
serve people at large, and be an instrument to bring a profound
change, and lead them to Happiness and Joy.

The writing of this book and getting this published is of great
delight and personal achievement to me, and I sincerely look forward
from You, all the support and encouragement my
work deserves.

Author’s : preface ( Reproduced from the Book)

“Edifying Thoughts”- is an inspiring collection of thoughts, to
nourish both - Mind &Body, for those who are seeking change.  Willing
to participate, and learn. It beckons a new found thought experience,
virtuous and unblemished in times of need, heralding a healthy
beginning.
Our lives have too much of –“Emotional” suffering, many things are
actually a heap we carry over our shoulders,
and our mind takes up all the neurotic experience and unhappiness.
Surely, there must be a way, an outlet to divest all these undesirable
elements, a didactic philosophy to cast away all our misery to
understand and explore the -‘Cause and the Effect’ Theory.
Buoyant in human spirit and wisdom and realize that immeasurable
experience. Only then, we can unearth factual state of happiness.
We need to understand ourselves and to realign our grasp of
perfunctory knowledge.
Attuning to life of “Greater happiness and joy.’’  We are all fellow
travelers in time, each of us slated to interval of perpetual rest,
and deserves a chance to find our roots, find the right path, before
the time runs out.”
Thoughts culminate from experience, observation and deduction. There
are no set rules, or preconceived knowledge to assert, it is
philosophical in narration showing modest direction, sometimes sharp
and direct, where thoughts requires emphasis, intellectual in content
and can appeal an open mind.
Edifying Thoughts have profound message for people who wants to
change, experience life in its colors.
In my humble endeavor, I have evaded instances and not replicating
personal happenings, or sighting examples - much to my chagrin,
because personal experience is a relative term and is not near to
others, in any form.
I sincerely hope to realize that my readers would join me in my quest.
For thought is action, being and becoming, with the simple narration:
What one thinks, one becomes.
Edifying Thoughts are spontaneous flow of powerful streams, emerging
to pitch a depository of intellectual thoughts. The subject themes
randomly picked, with insight, after an inquest. It is didactic
philosophy, with no holds barred.

The Readership I envisage/ to be:

Adult Literature/ Non Fiction.
Age’ Group/ 25 years and above.
Matured and intellectual  -community.
