I've written my entire book using Microsoft Word (and it took me bloomin' ages to do all the spacing and what not) - I want to publish it as a paperback book, so what is my next step?

First of all, congratulations! Since you have it in Word already, go ahead and  e-mail the file to info@writelife.com.  We are working to have an online upload feature in the future, but there's no need to delay getting it published.
